This is a very nice little doggie jacket for those of us that don't own purse dogs. I bought this for my black lab mix who has very short hair and gets really cold in the snowy Indiana winters. It's hard to find clothing for her that is big enough, this is even a bit loose on her so she is able to run and move quite freely. It keeps her warm enough that she doesn't run for the house as soon as she is done going potty. My only caution in that respect is, this may not be a good outdoor jacket for boy doggs, as it covers the belly. On the other side of that it protects my girl's belly from the cold snow.
