The collar is great! I ordered it May 16. Two weeks later Igot an email from amazon.com saying sorry the company didn't contact us in time so you are not being charge or getting the item. Ok so the last week in June I see this charge in my bank account. They responded about a MONTH LATER?! I thought was RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! The collar is great, but the service SUCKS!
