This collar was purchase for my Morkie puppy which have an 8in neck. Adjustments can expand it up to 12inches. As the another review have mentioned, its good to recognize that there are small MALE dogs too. This collar is cute without being feminine (e.g. pink, sparkles, rhinestones, poka dots, etc).
After 3 days of being on the puppy, I'm noticing a white-ish, almost stretch mark like appearance in the middle of the collar. My guess is that it's from my puppy scratching its neck and in the process, the collar too.
