i bought this for my english bulldog who gets very hot when we're outside. It fits his large neck fine, but didn't come with any directions on how to use it. I searched the internet and found out that you have to soak it for 30 minutes before use. It wasn't very cold though, so i put it in the refrigerator. I now just put it in the freezer.
