We bought this XL bed for our two pointers to share on the back deck of our house. They love it. If it is a bit cold but sunny we put a couple of fleecy mats on it, in warm weather they just sleep on the canvas. They are so much more comfortable than they were with just the mats on the wood deck. Although you can leave it out in the rain we bring it in just to keep it nicer.
