Where To Buy NCAA Dog Jersey, Large, Auburn University Tigers

I was very pleased with the quality of the product when I received it, but it was far too small for my dog. The reason I ordered one too small is because there is no sizing chart on the order site. There is, however, a fantastic sizing chart, by measurement and by breed, on the back of the package. So, looks like the procedure is: Take your best guess, order one, use the sizing chart on the package to find the size you should have gotten, then return it and get the correct size.Get more detail about NCAA Dog Jersey, Large, Auburn University Tigers.

Dapper Dog Tuxedo Pet Costume, Large Decide Now

This Tuxedo was adorable! The hat fit great, with elastic straps to securely wrap snug around my Basset Hound's long ears. The size ended up being a little too small, since he has short legs and a broad chest, so I would recommend ordering one size bigger than you estimate. But a great costume, overall!Get more detail about Dapper Dog Tuxedo Pet Costume, Large.

Buying Simple Solution Nooby's Disposable Dog Booties, Large

I bought these because my old dog needed her foot bandaged and, left uncovered, the bandage got dirty or came off easily. These work great to protect the bandage, but might not work for everyone. She doesn't walk much and I can see how an active dog on rough terrain might wear right through them in one outing.

For starters, let me say that these are made of a thin, "tyvek" type of material with no padding, and are held on by two thin elastic loops attached to the sides of the boot, around the ankle. Here are my observations:

-I found the elastic to be a little loose (especially because we were between sizes, but because I was attempting to protect a bandaged foot, I sized up.) I found that putting a half-knot in the elastic next to where it attached tightened it up sufficiently to keep it on but not so much that it constricted her leg.
-The booties go on easily. (They are essentially small bags with elastic bands on the sides.)
-When I did put one of these on an unbandaged foot, the pads of my dog's foot seemed to catch on the inside of the boot, which has a fabric-like texture, and seemed to pull the boot off. Turning them inside out, with the slick side on the inside seemed to help with that issue, but then using the elastic was akward.
-Because I'm dealing with a foot with a wound, it's nice to have disposable booties.

Bottom line, these worked great for my old dog and our situation.Get more detail about Simple Solution Nooby's Disposable Dog Booties, Large.

Save Cool Vest for Dogs, Orange, Large

I have a dog with brain damage(after a pit bull attack) and she now has seizures and overheats easily, but loves her daily 3 mile hikes. This cooling vest is really cool. It isn't messy or bulky or full of chemicals like he ones made with beads inside. I stick it in a bowl of ice water a few minutes before our walks and we are good to go. It really works in hot humid 90-100 degree with 70% humidity weather AND it covers her chest where the dogs really need the cooling.
I was worried about taking a chance with it being a bit pricey and only one review, but it is durable and lightweight and seems to really work. I am buying another one for my other dog to keep her cool on our walks, too!
Highly recommend.Get more detail about Cool Vest for Dogs, Orange, Large.

Cheapest Kyjen Outward Hound Designer Cool-It Bandana, Large, Blue

We have a wonderful rescue Mastiff with only three legs (a previous owner put him in a truck bed without tying him in, and you can guess what happened). Our gentle giant is a very hot dog, and he pants all the time. We get worried about him when we go for his beloved walks - he just gets *and stays* so hot for so long. So, we ordered this bandana, and it has been WONDERFUL. Our big guy is still hot, but not nearly as hot or for as long. The size large barely fits his 25" neck, so I'm crafting a little velcro extension - no big deal. One thing I do want to mention is something that another reviewer brought up: the bandana takes a long time to dry, and even after three days in the *hot* garden window of our desert home, it still wasn't completely dry...and is starting to smell. This bandana works so well for us that we'll use it until we can't anymore, and then we'll still keep buying them - we just love it. This product would be a 5-star for us except for this issue, and I understand that this might be a deal breaker for some, but just not for us and our favorite pup. However, if you're thinking of buying this product, this is definitely something to be aware of.Get more detail about Kyjen Outward Hound Designer Cool-It Bandana, Large, Blue.
