I have a 4lb maltese. When I place her in here she is secure since it already has a clip to attach to her collar. She is very comfortable in it and it works perfectly. I am so glad I bought this. The two cup holders I use for my drink and keys and the basket underneath is fantastic. My pocketbook is so safe in there.
